Refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns under any circumstances once an order is delivered.

Digital keys are revealed to you upon delivery. Because a key cannot be "unseen" or resold once delivered, we cannot take it back. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Why no refunds

Keys are delivered digitally and revealed immediately.
Random bundles contain a variety of titles; duplicates with games you already own are possible and expected.
Region locks: please confirm your Steam account region before purchasing.

What we will fix

If a delivered key is invalid or fails to activate, message @ciger1337 on Telegram with your order ID and a screenshot of the error. We will replace the non-working key. This is a replacement, not a refund.

PayPal processing fee

PayPal orders include a $2.00 processing fee. The fee is shown at checkout before you pay and is non-refundable, as is the order.
